Contact meets weekly on Wednesday and Thursday mornings, they are small groups for mums with young children.
Why should I join a Contact Group?
We all need a place to belong, to pray with others, and to learn together from the Bible. It is impossible to know everyone in church, but in a Contact Group we can find people to rely on, who can rely on us, and who will
support each other in following Jesus.
Why are they important?
We are called to love one another and that means sharing our lives with one another, serving one another and meeting together regularly.
What happens in a Contact Group?
These groups are between six and twelve people and are led by members of the congregation. They involve times of Bible study, prayer and fellowship.
From time to time, Contact Groups plan ways to serve and reach out to our local community, in fulfilment of Jesus’ Great Commission.
When do they meet?
We currently have three groups: two that meet on a Wednesday morning at 10am (one in Christ Church House and one locally in a member’s home) and one on Thursday morning at 9:30am, which also meets in Christ Church House.
A crèche is provided for those with children under school age at the groups which meet in Christ Church House.
If you are interested in joining then please contact either the Church Office or speak to Carole James.
